  • 4 additional spacious bedrooms and a full 3 –piece bathroom.

The stunning kitchen has a large centre island, plenty of counter space and a walk-out to the back deck. There is a second floor games/pool room, and a spare room with a lovely balcony overlooking the water.

NOTE:

  • Pets allowed with pre-approval at time of registration.
  • This is a non-smoking cottage.
  • Blankets and pillows are provided for you. Sheets, pillowcases and towels are also provided but all must be laundered before you leave, otherwise feel free to bring your own.

The property is currently listed for sale and in the event any appointment is requested to show, the guests will be given a minimum of 24 hours notice in writing. They are expected to have the property is a presentable state.

A deposit of one months’ rent is required on booking and held as last month rent. Each months’ is payable on the 1st in cash or via Interac Email Money Transfer.

Any cost to repair damage to the cottage or property caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the registered Tenant.
